Description:
Menurut undang � undang No. 36 Tahun 2009 tentang kesehatan ,
Kesehatan adalah keadaan sehat, baik secara fisik, menal, spiritual
maupun sosial yang memungkinkan setiap orang untuk hidup produktif
secara sosial dan ekonomis. Kesehatan kerja adalah bagian dari ilmu
kesehatan beserta praktiknya dalam pemelihraan kesehatan secara kuratif,
preventif, promosional, dan rehabilitatif agar masyarakat tenaga kerja dan
masyarakat umum terhindar dari bahaya akibat kerja, serta dapat bekerja
produktif (Prawirakusuma, 2014). Menurut Keputusan Menteri Kesehatan
Republik Indonesia Nomor 715/MENKES/SKN/2003 tentang Persyaratan
Hygiene Sanitasi Jasaboga, masyarakat perlu di lindungi dari makanan dan
minuman yang tidak memenuhi syarat hygiene sanitasi yang di kelola
rumah makan dan restoran agar tidak membahyakan kesehatan .
